It’s the year 2001. Detective Harriet Shepard (Betsy Bruce) is learning the ropes with her mentor, Detective T.J. Ramos (Erik Estrada), working the Press Room Bomber Case. When the FBI shows up to take over, Harriet follows her gut and confronts the bomber. Meanwhile, is the present, Detective Jasmine Alicia ( Chezale Rodriguez) gets assigned a big case while on her way to visit Harriet, who’s in the hospital after surviving a deadly explosion.
